Dahi kadi recipe


Ingredients
  • 2 cups Curds
  • 2 tbspn Turdal
  • 2 tbspn rice
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup tomatoes
  • 2 tbspn oil
  • ½ tbspn mustard
Method
  • Soak tur dal, rice and grind it with green chillies and ginger.
  • Heat the pan, add oil and mustard. Allow it to temper.
  • Add finely chopped onion, tomatoes.
  • Add curds and grinded paste.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Add some water if required based on the required consistency.
  • Let boil it for about 5mins and garnish it with some coriander leaves.
  • Dahi kadi is ready to serve.
