Vermicelli/Sevaiyya Kheer recipe


Ingredients
  • Vermicelli/Sevaiyya 3-4 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Cardamom/Elaichi 2
  • Dry grapes few
  • Cashew few
  • Ghee 2 tbspn
 Method
  • Heat the pan and fry vermicelli until turned light golden brown.
  • Heat the pan and add ghee.
  • Add cashews and dry grapes.
  • Add water bring it to boiling and add vermicelli.
  • Add sugar and boil for about 5 mins.
  • Add milk to the kheer once chilled.
  • Kheer is ready to serve.
