Ingredients
- Vermicelli/Sevaiyya 3-4 cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 2 cups
- Milk 2 cups
- Cardamom/Elaichi 2
- Dry grapes few
- Cashew few
- Ghee 2 tbspn
Method
- Heat the pan and fry vermicelli until turned light golden brown.
- Heat the pan and add ghee.
- Add cashews and dry grapes.
- Add water bring it to boiling and add vermicelli.
- Add sugar and boil for about 5 mins.
- Add milk to the kheer once chilled.
- Kheer is ready to serve.
