Ingredients
- 1 cup Onion
- ½ cup Tomato
- Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
- ½ tbspn Ginger
- 3 tbspn Basin
- ¼ cup Coriander leaves
- 3 Red chillies
- 2 tbspn Oil
- ½ tbspn Mustard
Method
- Chop onions, tomatoes & garlic.
- Heat the pan add oil & add mustard and let it to crackle.
- Add chopped onion, tomato, garlic & red chillies.
- Add 3 cups of water and salt to taste.
- Take ½ cup of water and mix basin well and make it a paste, add the paste over the boiling chutney.
- Let it boil for 5mins.
- Add some chopped coriander leaves and serve the chutney with either idly, dosa, Chapattis etc.
