Ragi dosa/Naachini atta ka dosa


Ingredients
  • Ragi powder 2 cups
  • Urad dal 1 cup
  • Oil
Method
  • Soak Urad dal for about 4 to 6 hrs.
  • Grind it in mixer or grinder with some water.
  • Add Ragi powder to the blended urad dal.
  • Mix it with some water as required.
  • Add salt as per your taste.
  • Allow it to ferment (overnight).
  • Grease the dosa tawa with some oil.
  • Take some dosa mix and pour it over the dosa tawa evenly.
  • Apply 1 tbspn of oil on the dosa allow it to bake for 2 mins.
  • Now turn the other side of the dosa and allow to bake for 2 mins and apply 1 tbspn of oil.
  • Maintain the dosa tawa in medium/low flame throughout.
  • Serve Ragi dosa with your favorite chutney.
