Ingredients
- Ragi powder 2 cups
- Urad dal 1 cup
- Oil
Method
- Soak Urad dal for about 4 to 6 hrs.
- Grind it in mixer or grinder with some water.
- Add Ragi powder to the blended urad dal.
- Mix it with some water as required.
- Add salt as per your taste.
- Allow it to ferment (overnight).
- Grease the dosa tawa with some oil.
- Take some dosa mix and pour it over the dosa tawa evenly.
- Apply 1 tbspn of oil on the dosa allow it to bake for 2 mins.
- Now turn the other side of the dosa and allow to bake for 2 mins and apply 1 tbspn of oil.
- Maintain the dosa tawa in medium/low flame throughout.
- Serve Ragi dosa with your favorite chutney.
