Onion/Tomato chutney


Ingredients
  • Onion 3
  • Tomato 1
  • Dry red chillies 5
  • Salt
  • Oil 2 tbspn
  • Mustard
 Method
  • Chop Onions and tomatoes.
  • Add red chillies and salt as per taste.
  • Blend it in mixer.
  • Heat a pan and add oil.
  • Add mustard and allow it to temper.
  • Add the blended paste to it and fry the paste for 3 to 5mins.
  • Allow the fried chutney to cool for sometime.
  • Onion chutney is ready to be served with idly or dosa.
