Ingredients
- Onion 3
- Tomato 1
- Dry red chillies 5
- Salt
- Oil 2 tbspn
- Mustard
Method
- Chop Onions and tomatoes.
- Add red chillies and salt as per taste.
- Blend it in mixer.
- Heat a pan and add oil.
- Add mustard and allow it to temper.
- Add the blended paste to it and fry the paste for 3 to 5mins.
- Allow the fried chutney to cool for sometime.
- Onion chutney is ready to be served with idly or dosa.
